Strategy
In order to develop an organic growth strategy for your business, we’ll first conduct discovery to gain a thorough understanding of your brand, mission, target audience, competition, and goals. We’ll perform an SEO audit on your current website and check the current state of the foundation. Once we have a clear understanding of your goals, KPIs, and what Operation Nation can do to help you get there, we’ll create a tactical plan and outline the path to get there.

Build
With the strategy and tactical plan defined, we are ready to build! This will start with a kickoff call with all stakeholders involved in the project. If it’s decided that your business needs a new website before an organic growth strategy can be effective, we’ll start with the design and development of your new website using our signature ONE Builder. In parallel, our SEO team will be creating content ready to start attracting traffic to the site once it’s ready for launch.

Launch
Whether we are building you a new website from scratch, migrating your old clunky website off of Wordpress, or launching an SEO strategy, we’ll get everything in place come launch day!

Measure
After launching your new website or SEO strategy, we will measure metrics that will allow us to monitor the performance. The time it takes to see results from organic traffic and SEO can vary widely depending on several factors such as the competition in your industry, the quality of your content, the strength of your backlinks, and the level of optimization of your website.
